Shipping:
- Merchandise will be shipped within 3 - 4 weeks (if not sooner) of receipt of payment.
- Shipping costs are in addition to the purchase price of merchandise, and are non-refundable. We ship our products all over the world and to ensure safe transport, every Ablaze MetalArt order is custom-packed. As every order is unique, we provide you with a shipping quote based on your piece/s.
- Shipping will be by insured ground Canada Post unless other arrangements are made between Buyer and Seller.
Returns:
- Merchandise may be returned only with permission of the Seller, within 15 days of receipt of said merchandise.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged, with no missing parts or pieces, and in its original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on any returns.
- Refunds of the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, will be made by the Seller only for returned merchandise in undamaged condition.
